How to Work With a Vendor and Not Blow the Budget

Room:

Time:
10:40-11:30 AM

Working with a vendor doesn’t necessarily mean a big price tag. Good vendors are a lot more interested in helping you prepare better and save budget for more meaningful efforts rather than burning your hard-won dollars on endless meetings and production work. We’ll discuss ways to work with vendors that let everyone make their best contribution without costing a fortune. Questions like ‘do you need a vendor at all’, ‘how to be prepared for the web design process’, ‘appropriate point of vendor engagement’ are all fair game. The YaleSites platform allows for a whole range of options from entirely self-service to completely custom. Quite often the best solution is somewhere in between.
